Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan is seeking a Learning Support Specialist to join its diverse, enthusiastic and highly supportive community of teachers, working in a beautifully appointed and state of the art campus to join for an August 2026 start. The Learning Support Specialist / Student Support Specialist strengthens Dipont HC’s capacity to serve a diverse range of learners by providing targeted academic and executive functioning support to students with mild to moderate learning differences, including ADHD, attention challenges, organization difficulties, and related learning needs.The role operates across Elementary and Secondary divisions and functions as a core member of the Student Success Team. The specialist designs and monitors Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs), supports the implementation of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), collaborates closely with teachers and counselors, and partners with families to ensure students experience consistent, coordinated support.This role focuses on access, skill-building, accommodation, and learning strategy development rather than clinical diagnosis or therapy.The SchoolEstablished in 2020, Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan is a US Cognia accredited, vibrant and well-resourced bilingual school serving students from pre-nursery through Grade 12 in Kunshan, China. Demonstrated experience working with: ADHD and attention-related learning needs Executive functioning challenges Mild to moderate learning differencesPractical knowledge of MTSS/RTI frameworks and intervention design.Experience with writing and implementing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) or equivalent plans.Experience collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
