The ideal candidate should have experience teaching History at the secondary level, particularly in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).Job Responsibility:Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive History lessons to secondary students.Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that fosters academic growth and personal development.Collaborate with colleagues to create curriculum, assessments, and educational programs.If suitable, lead and oversee the History department, which includes supervising colleagues and organizing departmental activities.Regularly assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to aid in improvement.
