American Creativity Academy Bahrain is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our Green Unit, a specialized program designed to support students with additional learning needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an inclusive, structured, and nurturing learning environment that supports each student’s academic, social, and emotional development.

Salary
$2,500 – $4,000 USD per month, tax-free (based on qualifications, teaching certification, and experience)
Airfare
Annual round-trip airfare for the employee and eligible dependents.

First-year flights are booked by the school; thereafter, a yearly ticket allowance is provided.

Accommodation
A monthly housing allowance of BHD 190 to BHD 310 is provided, based on family status.

Vacation
National and school holidays.

Medical Insurance
International medical insurance provided for the employee and eligible dependents.

Settling-in Allowance
BHD 250 provided upon arrival.

Visa Allowance
BHD 125 provided to employees arriving in Bahrain with a completed work visa obtained overseas.

Baggage Allowance
BHD 130 provided during the first contract year.

Education Allowance
A 50% tuition discount is available for up to two children of eligible overseas teaching staff.

End-of-Service Benefit
Provided in accordance with Bahrain Labour Law.

Contract Length
2 years, renewable by mutual agreement.
