The Newton Sixth Form School Background: The Newton Group was established in 2019 and is located in central Bangkok, a few minutes’ walk from Siam BTS. The schools are open for students in years 2-7 in the primary section and

years 8-13 in the senior sections, focusing primarily on IGCSE, IAL (International A-Level), and BTEC curricula under Pearson Edexcel. The current teaching team is a mix of international teachers and Thai teachers with native-level English proficiency. For more information on

a preferred start date of August the 1st 2026. Details of the positions: Position 1: Physics Teacher for IGCSE (Years 10/11) and if qualified to also support with IAL (Years 12/13). Position 2: Lower Secondary General Science Teacher (Years 8/9).

Position 3: Mathematics Teacher for IGCSE (Years 10/11) and if qualified to also support with IAL (Years 12/13). Position 4: Mathematics Teacher for primary level (Years 2-7) Position 5: IELTS Teacher (Years 11-13) Position 6: English Teacher for IGCSE and

IELTS (Years 10-13) for our Creative Arts and Design School. *A background in literature and/or performing arts would be an advantage. Position 7: English/Humanities Teacher (Years 10-13). The ability to support in one or more of the following humanities subjects

would be preferred: Business, Psychology, Politics and/or History. Qualifications and experience: -Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or above in the relevant field and preferably a teaching qualification such as TEFL, CELTA or equivalent however this is not essential. -Candidates

should have a minimum of one year’s experience delivering in-class teaching of their specialist subject with the relevant age group. -An understanding of the Pearson IGCSE and IAL programmes would be beneficial but not essential. -Preference will be given to

native English speakers, especially those currently residing in Thailand and Thai nationals with native-level proficiency in English. Benefits: -Working hours: 08.30-17:30 Monday-Friday inclusive of a lunch break from 12:00-13:00. -Salary: Starting salary from 50,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications

and experience, which will be reviewed after the probation period of 119 days. -Private health insurance is provided after passing probation. -Renewable 12-month contract. -Annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary -All visa and work permit costs are fully covered
