is a privately owned English language school in Kanazawa, Japan, with five locations in the local area.

We teach students from the age of three through adulthood, and we are looking for teachers who genuinely enjoy working with people and have the potential to become excellent instructors.

The ideal candidate is someone who can engage young children with energy and enthusiasm, while also being able to teach adult learners with confidence and professionalism.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and able to think on their feet.

A strong understanding of English grammar and a genuine interest in language are important.

Previous teaching experience is welcome, but it is not the most important factor.

Location: Kanazawa, Japan Position: Full-Time English Instructor Salary: ¥240,000–¥270,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications Contract Length: One year, renewable Start Date: August 2026 Working Hours: 22–25 teaching hours per week, plus lesson preparation time Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates
