McGregor Language Schools is hiring two CELTA-qualified EFL teachers for our Mylenice branch, Oct 2026 June 2027. 21 hours/week teaching children, teens, and adults both in-class and online. Details of Position McGregor Language Schools is hiring full-time EFL teachers for our Mylenice branch whether you’re newly qualified and looking for a strong first post, or an experienced teacher ready for a change of scene, we’d like to hear from you. The contract runs from October 2026 to June 2027, with an average of 21 teaching hours per week across a 30-week school year. You’ll teach in-person at our Mylenice school across the full age range children (811), juniors (1214), teens (1518), and adults (18+) and also deliver online lessons to individual students and small business groups. Our curriculum is well-structured and all teaching materials are provided, so your energy can go into the classroom rather than into planning from scratch. You’ll be backed by an experienced academic team and work alongside a friendly, international staff in a relaxed, professional atmosphere where teachers at every stage of their career are given real space to develop. Qualifications Cambridge CELTA We want enthusiastic, team-oriented teachers with a CELTA (or equivalent) qualification whether you’re just starting out in EFL or bringing years of classroom experience with you. Either way, you should be reliable, creative, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in working across a range of ages and levels. No minimum experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to keep learning matter more to us than a long CV. Our academic team provides full support, so newer teachers are never left to figure things out alone. A working knowledge of online teaching platforms is useful but not essential we’ll get you up to speed. EU citizenship or an existing Polish work permit is a plus, but not a deal-breaker. We provide full assistance with work permit and visa paperwork once you arrive in Poland.
