Position Details Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours can be taken on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes) Remuneration: Set base rate of 12 USD per hour Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company Location: Embrace the convenience of working from home KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver engaging English lessons to kids students Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework Minimum Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Any field) Accredited, completed 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TEYL 2 years of teaching experience English first language speakers from the USA, Canada or UK.
