About the Role & Key Responsibilities The successful

candidates enjoy working closely with children in nature and are comfortable spending significant time outdoors facilitating exploration, creativity, and discovery. Teachers will guide students in phenomenon-based learning, through practical exploration, observable events, and real-world discovery in nature, such as exploring

a phenomenon “rainforest ecosystems”, rather than isolated subjects. Our learning environment is rooted in project-based, inquiry-based, and outdoor experiential education.
