This is an exciting leadership opportunity within the Prep School, responsible for leading and developing a high-quality, inclusive and engaging Physical Education programme across Key Stage 2. We are seeking an outstanding and energetic practitioner who can inspire a love of physical activity, promote healthy lifestyles, and support both participation and performance in sport.The successful candidate will bring strong teaching and leadership experience, a clear vision for Primary PE within a leading independent school, and the ability to deliver a broad, dynamic and well-structured programme that supports pupils of all abilities.The closing date for applications is 15th April 2026. We believe in developing the whole child, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.To see more of daily life at Cranleigh, we encourage you to explore our social media channels.THE ROLEThe Head of Key Stage 2 Physical Education will lead the planning and delivery of PE across the Prep School (Years 3–6), ensuring a high-quality, engaging and inclusive programme that promotes participation, skill development and enjoyment.The post holder will be responsible for the development of a progressive KS2 PE curriculum, supporting pupils of all abilities while also identifying and nurturing sporting talent. The role will involve close collaboration with colleagues across the Prep and Senior School to ensure continuity and alignment within the wider sports provision.In addition, the role will contribute to the co-curricular sports programme, including fixtures, clubs and events, helping to foster a vibrant and active sporting culture within the school.APPLICATION PROCESSCandidates should carefully review the attached Candidate Documents to guide their application.Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
