August, 1979 – June, 1983: High School Student: I attended Abington Heights High School, in Clarks Summit Pennsylvania and graduated in June of 1983.
September, 1983 – August, 1988: University Student: I studied at Lock Haven University. I earned a BS degree in Pre-medical Biology in August, 1988.
April, 1989 – February, 1990: United States Marine: I joined the US Marine Corps (reserves) after graduating from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. I completed boot camp at Paris Island, South Carolina, Infantry training at Camp Geiger, North Carolina and Radio Operator Training at Twenty-Nine Palms, California. Training lasted for most of one year.
